About me

I am fairly certain I was put on this earth to keep things organized, as proven by my 17+ years of wearing many hats as a remote Executive Assistant and administrative professional. My focus is largely in gate-keeping and working closely as a strategic support partner, quickly pivoting from project to project with proven results.

Well-versed in the distributed work culture, I thrive while working in an environment that cultivates positivity, defaults to transparency, with a focus on autonomy, team cohesion, and diversity and inclusion.

My passion is helping big thinkers stay on track, while I manage the daily tasks, calendar management, customer/staff relationships, and minutiae. I love to say “you be the glitter, and I’ll be the glue.” I thrive in an environment where I can collaborate with other EAs, as evident in my previous roles. With collaboration also came accolades, as I was among the top three Executive Assistants (based on metrics of client retention, overall client happiness and team contributions) and mentor to incoming Executive Assistants.

Much of my experience has been gained by working with entrepreneurs and C-suite executives in a variety of different fields — President/CFO/CTO/CMO of a nation-wide billion dollar paper company, a local therapist entrepreneur with a national presence, a Hollywood business coach which required the utmost discretion, a fitness tech entrepreneur, and most recently with the CEO & COO at Baam, which is a high-growth start-up tech-based digital marketing agency. These positions helped me realize my passion for assisting big thinkers and distributed teams, while I stay on top of the daily tasks, calendars and minutiae.
